We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept checks or cash when receiving orders placed by phone or on our website.

• Items may be returned in new condition for refund or exchange. Buyer is solely responsible for return shipping charges, and original handling charges will be deducted from the refunded amount, or added to the cost of the product exchanged for.
• New Condition is solely at the discretion of Carolina Sports & Ortho. Item must be in original unaltered packaging, and completely unworn.
• Returns may be considered up to 30 days, after that, no returns accepted.
• Custom items are not returnable.
• Please contact customer service for RMA, and with any further questions. Our items are covered by original manufacturer warranty against defects in workmanship for 6 months. Please contact customer service for a defect related RMA.

Most items are in stock and will be shipped within two (2) days or receipt of order. If an item is a special order, backordered, or for any reason will take longer than two (2) days to process, notice will be sent to the buyer. Some items may take longer, like custom braces, and are noted in the body of the section for each item.

All items will be sent freight free by USPS or FedEx Ground. Expedited overnight freight is available at an additional cost of $25 in the continental US. Free freight will be deemed as having a value of $9.00 per item, in the event a returned is required. We are not responsible for items left without signature and lost or stolen. We do recommend using an address like a work address that can accept deliveries during business hours, to insure safe reliable delivery of your item.
